Chris Pendleton was born in Warwickshire in 1956. He has always been passionate lover of wildlife and has drawn and painted birds for as long as he can remember. His preferred medium is watercolour, handled with a light touch, which he feels best show the vitality of the subjects. He has travelled widely in Europe, the USA and Africa and always carries a sketchbook with him. Recently he has launched the British Birds Collection of signed limited edition prints.

His paintings are in collections in Britain, Europe and the USA.
